We have temporarily stopped training sessions due to COVID-19 guidelines.  Pending guidelines from the Minnesota Department of Health, the next sessions will be scheduled Fall 2020.  We will update.

You are invited to take a free CPR/AED training course through Heart Safe Plymouth.  Contact Russ Carlson for additional information at 763-772-7671 or rcarlson20@msn.com

The training sessions are open to teenagers and adults who are interested in learning to help save lives. Participants learn hands-only CPR – chest compression without mouth-to-mouth breaths – and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

The course is free, but registration is required.
