Plymouth Rotary Club welcomes Jose Caceres, Business Development Manager with Ulteig Engineers Inc., a national company based in Fargo. What occurred in Texas this past February has many pointing fingers, but in the end, 4.5 million homes and businesses were without power leading to shortages of water, food and heat due to electricity generation failure.
