Greetings!
Following the Governor's announcement that groups meeting together should be ten people or less, and updated recommendations about group gatherings from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we are cancelling all Plymouth Rotary Club meetings and events through April 30, 2020. During this calendar period we will be continually assessing whether or not this time frame should be expanded.
Communication has been ongoing with both our Brewfest Committee and the Crowne Plaza Hotel so as to insure timely coordination with both groups. Brewfest has been cancelled, and the Committee will make a recommendation as to whether or not it should be rescheduled for later this year. The time frame for the suspension of our weekly meetings will be sent to the appropriate Crowne Plaza personnel today.
These changes will be posted to our website, and shared more widely as appropriate.
We thank you for your help and continuing support in these trying times. Your loyalty and perseverance is much admired and greatly appreciated.
