Rotary Club of Plymouth Minnesota
Monthly Bulletin
WE MEET AT NOON IN THE THE PLYMOUTH COMMUNITY CENTER,
The Plymouth Rotary Club participated in "Discover Plymouth" on Saturday, March 23rd at the Plymouth Community Center.  It was a great event. The State of the City Address from Mayor Wosje was excellent and informative. We learned that Plymouth is as safe as ever, we have a bond rating that is better than most any city in the state because we have been fiscally responsible and as a result we attract world class businesses such as medical device and technology such as Polaris, CF Moto, Northrop Grumman, MedTronic and Histosonics. Both because Plymouth is a place where the highly educated and highly skilled employees want to live with  their families and because we have a comparatively low property tax rate that makes investing in a facility here a wise business decision.    See Below:

Note Plymouth on the far right as the lowest tax rate in comparison to similar sized Minnesota Cities.
Here is our Health Fair flier for you to print and distribute to people you know who may be interested in coming for training or to give blood. Our Heart Safe program from Plymouth Rotary offers CPR training classes as a part of the event as well.

FOUR-WAY TEST

Of the things we think, say, or do:
1. Is it the truth?
2. Is it fair to all concerned?
3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

4. Avoid behavior that reflects adversely on Rotary or other Rotarians.

5. Help maintain a harassment-free environment in Rotary meetings, events, and activities, report any suspected harassment, and help ensure non-retaliation to those individuals that report harassment.

THE OBJECT OF ROTARY

The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
First The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service;
Second High ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society;
Third The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian's personal, business, and community life;
