Today, November 11th, is Veterans Day. Thank you to all who have served.
Ross Bernstein is our guest speaker tomorrow, November 12th at Noon. He normally charges a fee, either by the association booking him or per individual. We are able to host him at no-charge. Other members from our club have seen him and states he is worth it. We will not be able to record his presentation. Please join us online by clicking here on Thursday at Noon.
Jim Crenna will provide FINAL Fall Fundraiser numbers at our in-person meeting on Thursday, November 19th. As of Monday 11/2: $11,400 in sponsors, $7,950 in sales totaling $19,350. With expenses of $5,479, the net is $13,871.
We will offer an in-person meeting, next week on Thursday, November 19th at Crowne Plaza. We have 18 members who have confirmed to attend. Masks are required. Seating will incorporate social distance guidelines. Meals will be individually served. I have requested either chicken or turkey (chef's choice) for our lunch. The meeting will also be available online over Zoom. Kevin Remde will be our guest speaker. You can pay for the lunch at the meeting.
Plymouth Heart Safe, with approval from city officials and following COVID guidelines, has increased capacity from 12 to 15 participants and added sessions for December, January and February! We are fortunate to know many professionals in the region, and many have a story to share. If you know of someone that would be a guest speaker for our club, please let me know. We have availability in January and thereafter.
