Great news...Rotarian, Glen Norton has accepted the nomination for Co-President for the upcoming 2021-2022 Rotary Year! AND, Jill Kohler has accepted the nomination as secretary for our club for the upcoming year. There are other board positions open. Please contact me to review.
Glen has followed up on a great alternative for Brewfest in 2021. As he shared with our club during Thursday's meeting, the opportunity of hosting a, "make your brew at home" event with sponsors could be a fundraiser for Heart Safe. Tying in sponsorships and having prizes delivered was discussed, too. Getting input on this from past Brewfest coordinators will be beneficial in moving forward and I will update.
A new member get together is scheduled for Saturday, February 20th starting at 2pm. It will held at the Ramada Inn in Plymouth and limited to new Rotary members. COVID guidelines will be followed in keeping all participants safe. A separate email with details will be sent. The event will be hosted by Steve B., Carol, Jim C. and myself. This event will allow new members to become more familiar with Rotary and how Rotary, Rotary International and Rotary Foundation operate.

Plymouth Heart Safe CPR/AED training has resumed. Guidelines are followed to screen and protect participants. Sessions are limited to 15 individuals. Additional dates and times are forthcoming.

From our club's Rotary Foundation:
We have a total of $4,020 raised YTD against a goal of $7,000. We are averaging $103/Member YTD, we slipped behind the District average for the first time since I’ve been involved in the Foundation, the District average YTD is $117/Member.
We have received a total of 10 donations (including a cash donation of $100, which I will give to Jim Crenna to try and convert to a check (we have no way to deal with cash). This means we still need to hear from 27 of you, hopefully with a donation.
If you do not plan to donate, please let Henry and I know, it will help us track what we need for m the other Members who will be donating by the FYE 06/30/2021.
Thank you all for your contributions and your efforts towards our goal of a donation from everyone of our Club Members.
We are looking for a volunteer to co-chair responsibilities with Henry starting July 1st.
