Message Forwarded From our Presidents:

Steve Solbrack was recently elected to the board of directors of the Environmental Sustainability Rotarian Action Group (ESRAG).  ESRAG ( is an international organization with 18 directors from 8 different countries.  He is very excited about ESRAG’s impact in assisting Rotary clubs, Rotary Districts and Rotarians worldwide in planning, implementing and evaluating service projects, building awareness, and inspiring action to promote environmental sustainability, awareness of climate change, and actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to mitigate climate disruption.
The group is actively working on growing its membership in ESRAG, and membership costs are quite low, starting at $30 for a regular membership or $100 for a contributing membership.  I am asking District 5950 Rotarians that care about environmental sustainability and global climate change to consider membership.  You can get more information on the ESRAG membership information page.

The 4-Way Test:  Of the things we think, say or do:

  1. Is it the TRUTH?
  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned.
