I. REDUCE THE NUMBER OF MEETINGS FROM 4 TO 3 EACH MONTH &
ESTABLISH ZOOM OPTION GOING FORWARD
The intent is to increase the number of members that attend meetings on a regular basis each month by reducing the stress or perceived stress of attending four (4) meetings to attending three (3) meetings per month. It should be noted that we will only have three (3) meetings in November and December anyway due to the holiday season schedule. It should also be noted that we will be able to minimally reduce the financial cost to the Club by eliminating one PCC rental charge $87.50 each month going forward. In addition, the Board will be pursuing opportunities to establish zoom meetings for those who might be on business travel, vacation or winter relocation.
II. WORK AT THE STATE FAIR OR MAKE AT LEAST A $50.00 CONTRIBUTION
Because we are operating at a deficit now, the Board has requested to have each Member of the Club to sign up to work with Lee Zeismer on behalf of the Plymouth Rotary Club on one shift at the State Fair. Wages for the shift will be paid to the Plymouth Rotary Club on behalf of the individual worker. Alternatively, the Board has requested that each member not working a shift at the State Fair make a minimum contribution of $50 to the Club.
III. OTHER THOUGHTS, IDEAS & RECOMMENDATIONS
The Board is open to any and all new thoughts, ideas and recommendations to improve our Club including but not limited to alternative days and times of meetings, proposed joint venture opportunities with other Plymouth Non-Profits, and innovative fund-raising programs.

MEETINGS & WORKING AT STATE FAIR / $50 NOMINAL CONTRIBUTION

If you are not going to be in attendance on Thursday July 27th please copy this red proxy language into an e-mail complete the vote, and e-mail it to me or by forwarding this to a board member after you mark it with your vote. Please do this before the 7/26 deadline:
I vote to Ratify the recommendation of the Board to reduce the number of meetings from 4 per month to 3 per month and that the board pursue a means for Zoom attendance at meetings.

I vote to Ratify the recommendation of the Board that in order to reduce our operating deficit each member shall contribute at least $50.00 to the club in addition to the regular contributions or the member attend and work at the Lyons project at the Minnesota State Fair.
