This week we have the pleasure of hearing from Dr. Willie Dean. Dr. Dean is the Executive Director of YouthCARE. YouthCARE is a multicultural organization dedicated to helping Minneapolis and St. Paul youth develop the education, employment, and leadership skills needed to make a successful transition from adolescence to adulthood.
Five members met at Jake's in Plymouth for a late Thursday afternoon get together. It was an excellent opportunity for the five of us to get to know each other better. The one of many takeaways was that one member "forgot" his wallet at home (maybe I should add this as a riddle...)
I look forward to future events and the possibility of more members attending.
