From Jim Crenna regarding the 2021 Fundraiser/Plymouth on Parade, September 18th from 9:30am to 12:30pm:
The entry forms are at the printer. I don’t have an exact ETA on when I can pick them up. My advice, for those of you who do mailings is to get stationery from me or Glen Norton and print out your letters and envelopes. Write your personal messages on the letters and stamp the envelopes.
That way all you have to do is stuff the entry form and stick them in the mail when you get your entry forms.
WE ALSO NEED SMALL PRIZES. IN THE PAST EACH ROTARIAN HAS SUPPLIED AT LEAST ONE (1) PRIZE BY ASKING A BUSINESS FOR ONE AND/OR BUYING ONE. We like gift cards that can easily be mailed.
Luce Line's Oktoberfest is scheduled for 9/24 and 9/25 that will benefit the park project through the Luce Line Foundation. They are looking for volunteers for the event. Shifts of 12 people are needed for the event:
First shift on Friday 9/24 from 4:30pm to 10:30 pm
Second shift on Saturday 9/25 from 11 am to 5pm
Third shift on Saturday 9/25 from 5 pm to 11pm
We can place Rotary volunteers in the same shift or spread out across shifts. Please let me know by Friday the number interested and shift preferences. Please contact Tim Naumann at Luce Line or Peter Bartling to sign up. tim@lucelinebrewing.combartlingpeter@yahoo.com
The Interfaith Outreach food shelf is being transformed and renovated as Interfaith launches its newly improved SuperShelf. The organization needs volunteers to make the transformation possible. A group of club members are helping next week. Contact Jill Kohler to participate. jkohler@iocp.org

With Thursday flower donations from Trader Joe's, Carol would like to build a delivery schedule and needs your help. Just like Peter, James and Steve B. have made deliveries to nursing homes and assisted living homes, you can, too, in about in hour. Flowers are available Thursdays at 8:30 am at Trader Joe's, 11220 Wayzata Blvd. (Hopkins Crossroads and 394). Email Carol Parrish to assist. cjparrish1029@msn.com
