Announcements:
Brewfest 2017:
Thank you to Jeff Wosje and team for driving our inaugural Brewfest on behalf of Heartsafe Plymouth!
Initiating such an event is a big muscle movement and we thank you for your time and effort. We will build on this solid foundation for years to come.
Heart Safe Plymouth:
We have trained 3,722 People and counting!
Russ, Norm, Don and team continue to train and impact the local community.
Membership Drive:
Please consider inviting guests to visit our weekly breakfast meeting. A primary goal of moving to breakfast meetings is to make the meeting time more convenient for Plymouth professionals who commute out of the community for work. Now that we have moved to breakfast, please spread the word.
Foundation Giving:
Please give to Rotary International and/or Polio Plus!
Our goal this year is $365 per member, which equals one dollar a day to potentially and positively change the life of another. Any new member giving over $500 will be recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International.
As of 12/31/16, we have received $10,382 towards our goal of $17,155 for the Annual Fund. Thank you for all that have given to date.
General Information:
Club Website: Please take the time to visit the club website. We have now been using the Club Runner website format for a number of months. Jason Cardwell, our President Elect, has updated the website to reflect this week's and next week's speakers. It is important for everyone to spend some time on the site and let Bala Guntapali and me know what information is missing and what information should be updated. www.RotaryPlymouth.org
Quarterly Invoices:Please pay quarterly invoices promptly. The Board continues to work with members that have outstanding balances.
ClubRunner Member Profiles:Preview your member profile on the ClubRunner website for accuracy and update any missing data. Contact President Pat Knight with any questions you may have. To assist, Dwain Erickson and Diane Moyer can shoot smart phone photographs of members whose photos are missing in the Club Membership roster. Is your photo missing??
Amazon Purchases: Please remember to select RCOP Foundation when you make on-line purchases at Amazon.Smile. The Rotary Club of Plymouth Foundation is registered with Amazon and may be chosen when you make purchases through Amazon.Smile. Amazon will donate .05% of your total purchase to RCOP Foundation. The AmazonSmile web site provides all the same products as the regular site, but in addition allows you to designate a charity which Amazon will support. Please tell your friends and associates who shop through Amazon Smile! The contribution comes out of Amazon's pocket - not yours! The 4-Way Test: Of the things we think, say or do:
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
